3. What are your subscription care plans?
We offer flexible tiered subscription packages designed to match varying levels of care—from basic daily support to advanced memory or chronic condition care. Each care plan includes caregiver hours, (depending on the plan) meal delivery, transportation, and home cleaning.

4. How do I arrange care for myself or a loved one?
You can fill out our Client Intake Form on the website or call us directly at 441-543-1429 to schedule a consultation. We’ll guide you through every step of the process.

5. Do you offer customized care plans?
Yes—with guidance. We offer a range of structured care options, including flexible subscription plans and six specialized live-in care packages tailored to different levels of need. While each plan and package has set core services, you can further personalize your care by adding optional services such as meal delivery, physiotherapy, wellness upgrades, transportation and concierge support. Our care team will help match you to the right plan and recommend enhancements based on your preferences, lifestyle, and evolving health needs.

6. What’s the difference between subscription care and live-in care?
At Caring Hearts Bermuda, we offer two core service models to meet the diverse needs of seniors and their families:
Subscription Care Plans are flexible, hourly-based support packages that include a set number of caregiver hours each week. Ideal for clients who need part-time assistance with personal care, errands, companionship, and wellness services—these plans allow for scheduling support around your routine while remaining cost-effective.

Live-In Care Packages provide around-the-clock support for clients who need full-time supervision, specialized care, or a consistent presence at home. We offer six distinct live-in packages tailored to needs such as dementia care, chronic condition management, post-hospital recovery, or high-dependency care.

Caregivers & Quality Assurance

7. Are your caregivers trained and certified?
Yes, all our caregivers are carefully screened, trained, and insured. Many have certifications in dementia care, nursing assistance, and chronic condition management.

8. Can I meet the caregiver before services begin?
Yes. We offer virtual or in-person introductions so you and your loved one can feel comfortable with the assigned caregiver.

9. How do you ensure quality and safety?
We conduct regular caregiver check-ins, quality assessments, and safety reviews. Our services are also aligned with Bermuda’s health and safety regulations.

Pricing & Payment

10. How much do your services cost?
We offer transparent pricing based on your chosen care plan and service add-ons. A breakdown of our subscription plans and fee structure is available upon request or through your client portal.

11. Do you offer discounts or payment plans?
Yes, we offer prepaid discounts, family/friends referral options, and flexible payment schedules.

12. Are your services covered by insurance or government grants?
Yes, we work with all long-term care insurance providers and those that may qualify for government assistance or employer provided benefits. Our services also accept private pay.

13. Are there any additional fees?
All fees are outlined in the service agreement. There are no hidden charges, and we will notify you of any additional costs in advance for added services.

14. What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 to 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Specific terms will be outlined in your care agreement.
